To make the craning of an IF boat easier, most IF boats can be lifted with a lifting sling, which is attached to the lifting eye under the floor in the cabin. Since this lifting eye on the IF boat is located behind the balance point, and the boat therefore becomes bow-heavy, a belt to the front is necessary to balance the load. We have composed a complete set of lifting straps including a 3.25 t load shackle for lifting an IF-boat. With this set, you can gently lift your IF boat without stressing the chain plates. Caution: Always support the boat safely before you relieve the straps.
